Pod. Portal. Connected.

Three components. Zero complexity. Install hardware at the workstation, connect from anywhere, encrypted end-to-end.

01

Install a Pod

A compact Pod connects to the workstation via USB. It includes a KVM controller for keyboard/mouse and two HD cameras. Plugs in, connects to the network, done. No drivers, no software install on the target machine.

Pico KVM controller for keyboard & mouse
2 USB cameras (workspace + environment)
Works with any OS — no software needed
Self-service install or white-glove available
02

Open a Portal

The Portal is your operator console. Connect from anywhere with an internet connection. You see the workstation screen and the physical environment in real time, and control keyboard and mouse as if you were sitting there.

Multi-pane drag & drop layouts
Multiple camera views simultaneously
Two-way audio with on-site personnel
Works from office, home, or mobile
03

Everything encrypted

After the initial handshake, all video, audio, and control data flows directly between Pod and Portal. WebRTC with DTLS-SRTP encryption. Our signaling server handles the connection — then gets out of the way.

Peer-to-peer — no cloud relay
DTLS-SRTP encryption on all streams
We cannot see your video or audio
No data stored on our infrastructure
