Do I buy the hardware?
No. Hardware is leased as part of the subscription. We ship everything. On termination, it's returned within 30 days. Buyout option available at end of term.
Minimum contract?
12 months. After that, month-to-month.
Can I mix tiers?
Yes. Each station can be on a different tier.
Network requirements?
Standard internet. No VPN needed. We recommend 10+ Mbps upload per station for HD video.
Is data stored on your servers?
No. Peer-to-peer WebRTC. We handle authentication and signaling only. We cannot see your video.
Own IP cameras?
Yes, on Security/Broadcasting/Data Center tiers. Any ONVIF or RTSP camera.
